Being the hops harvest season, there are a bazillion micro brews available in countless varieties. Too bad I’m just not a beer guy. My treat comes tomorrow: Pinot country. We saw these during a stop at the Flying Elephant Deli where nearly everything sold is made of locally grown ingredients. The priority in Portland is FLOSS: Fresh, Local, Organic, Sustainable, Seasonable.
